Over the last couple of years I’ve always tried to do my own version of Blogmas which had involved me just blogging more throughout December. Usually 3 maybe 4 times a week. This year I wanted to go bigger though so I’m doing 20 posts in 31 days. I honestly don’t know how I’ve managed it with working too but I have and I’m beyond excited to share all my festive content with you! Here’s what you can expect from me throughout Blogmas.

I would just like to start by saying apart from 2 posts going live, everything is Christmas or new year themed throughout December. That’s just how I like to do Blogmas. However those 20 posts don’t include any last minute sponsored posts that may come through and if I do get any they probably won’t be Christmas themed. Just wanted to clarify all that!
So I have post going live in the run up to Christmas Day. Because that’s a post every week day with the weekends off from posting. Then there’s a couple of posts to come between Christmas and the New Year too. I absolutely love writing Christmas content. It’s so freeing to just write about what I want and I don’t worry about trying to rank or get my SEO spot on. For me it’s the perfect end to the year for me and my blog. I honestly don’t know how I’ve managed to create 20 posts whilst working everyday too (and doing overtime as well). I’m not going to lie it’s been exhausting but hopefully it’ll all be worth it if you enjoy my Blogmas content. So here we go, my 2020 Blogmas schedule:
- Tuesday 1st – December plans
- Wednesday 2nd – Meet the December advertisers
- Thursday 3rd – Christmas moodboard
- Friday 4th – Christmas list

Great looking schedule Lauren, you’ve thought of so much variety whilst sticking to the festive theme! You’ve clearly worked so hard and no doubt your blog will reap the benefits. The “would you rather” post looks intriguing and sounds like something we’ll be playing in our house!
Thank you so much, that means a lot. I’m just so excited to share all of my content!
I’m really excited for the 10 festive books post! It sounds like something that would be right up my street. I can’t wait to see your blogmas content x
Thank you so much! I hope you find some new books to read from it!
Wow, you are so organised to get everything written and ready for Blogmas! Blogmas fills me with dread because it takes me all my time to write 1 post per week 😂😂 Looking forward to reading your posts!

Thank you! That’s great.
I can’t wait to read your Blogmas posts. I’ve decided to do it this year too.
Oh yay! Good luck with Blogmas!
These sound like lovely post ideas – I can’t wait to read them, especially the ‘5 magical places I’d like to visit at Christmas’ and ’10 festive books you need to read this Christmas’ ones! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! I’m glad you’re looking forward to those ones.
Looks like a great lineup. I can’t wait to read these posts. I’m doing Blogmas this year too. I’ve got 14 posts scheduled and another 10 drafted and ready to go. Not sure how I managed that with a full-time job, part-time school and keeping my family fed and the house clean. I think we somehow manage to get done what’s important to us.
I really enjoyed writing Christmas themed content. It’s different than what I usually write but change is good!
Oh wow that’s amazing! Well done! I think you’re right, it’s my favourite content to write and therefore it’s important to me so I’ve managed to fit it all in.
I’m looking forward to reading your Blogmas posts this year Lauren! I’m looking forward to reading the post about the magical places to visit at Christmas x

I am SO tempted to give it a go, I only have 3 published posts so far but I like a challenge.
Blogmas has definitely been a challenge for me this year, I’ve never had so much content planned! You should definitely give it a go though.
How exciting! I love these prompts and I can’t wait to see people write about them – especially about magical locations to visit!

This is such a fab way of putting your own personal twist on blogmas! I am definitely not as active this Christmas on the blog as I would like to be! Fingers crossed next year I get my act together!
