Journaling is a powerful practise and a positive habit I have been engaged in since I was younger. Whether I am writing my intentions, setting new goals, gratitude journaling – whatever I am writing, putting pen to paper is not only therapeutic but productive. Journaling can be hugely beneficial for manifestation.

I have been keeping journals and diaries since I was a young child, I loved writing down my thoughts and expressing myself. I have read back through some of them and reflecting on how I have grown and they bring back fond memories. I have found using journal prompts in my journaling routine are really helpful at exploring topics I wouldn’t usually, being able to discover new thoughts and feelings can be very enlightening. I suppose that is where my love of writing came from!
A manifestation journal is as simple as it sounds – a journal where you can write and record all of the things you’re hoping to attract in your life. You can get a journal that is specifically designed for manifestation, or just a great way to fill an empty notebook. There are no rules when it comes to writing in the journal however, it is important that you are specific about what it is you are manifesting into your life.
What is manifestation?
To manifest, you intentionally think, act and live in a way that ultimately leads to what you want. You can manifest anything you desire! Manifesting your dreams and working toward your goals requires you to trust the process, stay positive and even practise the law of attraction.
What is a journal prompt?
Journal prompts also known as writing prompts, are journaling ideas that help you to focus on what to write. Using journal prompts gives you a clearer direction before you start writing. Prompts can be extremely beneficial for people who are new to journaling.
Journaling us one of the best and fastest ways to connect with your higher self and engage your subconscious mind. Making journaling a habit will help you to experience transformation and manifest a better version of yourself and achieve all your dreams.
