Christmas

Would you rather? The Christmas edition

15 December 2020 Comments : 10

I absolutely love doing a good Christmas quiz or Christmas tag on my blog for Blogmas. They’re always so fun and a good way to inject a little bit of personality. When I found this Christmas version of would you rather on Pinterest I knew I had to give it a go this year! So here we go, the Christmas edition of would you rather?

Would you rather the Christmas edition

Have to sing Jingle Bells loudly every time you walk into a room or wear a Santa suit to work every day for a week?

Wear a Santa suit to work every day for a week. I only live 5 minutes from where I work and I work in a school so the kids would love it! I’m terrible at singing and I’m very introverted so I definitely wouldn’t want to announce my arrival every time I stepped into a room!

Not celebrate Christmas this year or not celebrate your birthday this year?

This is easy, I’d rather not celebrate my birthday. It’s just one day and I’m not super fussed on birthdays anyway. Christmas is so much more than one day and I love all the run up and build up to it. It’s so magical. So not celebrating any of that would be awful!

Have Frosty the Snowman as a friend or Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer?

Rudolph all the way! How cute would it be to have a little reindeer as a friend?! Nothing against Frosty but I just love animals

Have mistletoe hanging in your bedroom doorway or have a large decorated Christmas tree in your bedroom doorway?

I love Christmas trees but having one in my doorway would annoy me so much so it has to be mistletoe.

Write a five paragraph essay about the meaning of Christmas or solve a page of Christmas themed maths problems?

Write an essay any day. I hate maths so much but I adore writing and could talk about Christmas forever. I could easily knock out five pages never mind five paragraphs!

Have a job wrapping presents at the mall or have a job taking photographs of children sitting on Santa’s lap at the mall?

I’ll be honest if I had either of those jobs I’d probably ruin someone’s Christmas. I cannot wrap presents and I absolutely hate doing it. I also can’t take photos. If I had to pick them I’d take the photographs but only because it’d be more enjoyable than wrapping presents!

See the Nut Cracker or dance in the Nut Cracker?

A ballerina I am not but how amazing would it be to dance in the Nut Cracker? Given my lack of dancing ability though I’ll have to pick see the Nut Cracker.

Be given £100 for Christmas to spend on yourself or be given £1000 before Christmas to buy presents for other people?

I’d much rather spend on other people than myself. I love spoiling my fiancé so I’d pick the £1000 to spend on other people every time.

Have a nose the glows like Rudolph’s or have pointy ears like an elf?

Pointy ears like an elf! I reckon it would look quite cute. Also when it’s not Christmas I could pretend I was a character from Lord of the Rings instead.

Be one of Santa’s elves or one of Santa’s reindeer?

Be an elf. Although pulling the sleigh and delivering presents is quite cool I’d much rather be snuggled up in Santa’s workshop making the presents.

I love a good game of this or that?! It would just be so much fun to be an elf – Christmas all year round. I saw the Nutcracker about 5 or so years ago and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Would highly recommend; it’s absolutely mesmorising 🌟🩰
