It’s come to that time of year again, our anniversary. I can never let the day go by without writing a little bit of something on here to celebrate each passing year, especially as the numbers get bigger and bigger.
This year marks our final anniversary before we get married so from here on out I’m declaring two anniversaries a year, our wedding one and our dating one. That’s totally OK right? With so many years already behind us I can’t just let that pass once we’re married. After so long together it’s crazy that in just 8 months time we’ll be married though.
Year 12 was a quiet but fun one and I wouldn’t change it for the world, obviously the biggest thing has been planning our wedding and getting organised for that. But we’ve also had some fun adventures along the way and made lots of memories. It’s been a year of changes as we’ve continued with the small makeovers to our first home and as Josh has built up a new career from scratch. I’ll forever be proud of what he’s achieved this year and just in case you can be bothered to read this Josh just know that I’ll always support you in whatever you do!
As we enter a new year and a new decade I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for us both. I am beyond excited for next year and to become Mr and Mrs though after so long together I honestly don’t think anything will change. We’ll just continue to make lots of memories but as husband and wife!
To my taller half, I’d be lost without you and I hope you know how proud I will always be of you and how amazing I think you’ve done this year. Bring on year 13! I love you.
